    Position: Client Account Manager

    Key responsibilities 

    • Acquire an in-depth knowledge of Eventim’s technology to provide support for Eventim’s clients

    • Act as first line of support for the clients, ensuring queries and issues are resolved in a timely manner

    • Build and maintain live entertainment events on to the Eventim ticketing system
    • Build excellent relationships with clients
    • Manage onsite box offices, on an ad-hoc basis, at a range of live entertainment events on behalf Eventim’s clients
    • Some out of hours on call and weekend work will be required

    Our expectations


    • Experience within the ticketing industry is essential for this role
    • Excellent client service skills (written and verbal communication)
    • Ability to quickly become adept at using new technology
    • Able to travel to client sites or Headquarters in Germany / as required by the business
    • A good understanding of IT would be advantageous, but not essential

    Location: London, West End

    Working hours: Monday to Friday 9-6 with additional on call hours - occasional evenings and weekends
